For a short stay or an essential travel purchase, an address where you can receive a later delivery is the more practical choice.

A hotel booking confirms a place to stay; it does not tell you how incoming parcels are handled. Before ordering a case to a temporary address, ask the property whether it accepts packages for your booking, when it will accept them and how you would collect one. Ask whether any receiving or storage charge applies. These are questions for that hotel, not services included in a VIBE case purchase.
Get the delivery-address format directly from the property. A hotel may use a receiving location that is different from the entrance you use to check in. Ask what guest name or reference belongs on the label and whether a room number is useful or unnecessary. Do not invent a room number before it has been assigned, or rely on a map result alone when the hotel gives different instructions.
Compare your whole stay with the delivery uncertainty
Write down the first day the hotel is willing to receive your parcel and the day you leave. Then consider what happens if the parcel reaches the property outside that interval. A case that arrives after checkout may be difficult for you to collect even if the carrier reaches the correct street. Ask the property about its procedure; do not assume that it will forward the package to your next stop.
The current VIBE shipping policy says delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. A checkout confirmation therefore cannot promise arrival during a two-night stay, before a flight or in time for a particular outing. If you need the case for the trip itself, choose a receiving arrangement that does not depend on a narrow hotel window. Choose the case independently of where it will be delivered
A travel-inspired design can be a reminder of a trip without being shipped to the destination. Palm Beach Postcard uses palms, pale water and island scenery within a dark border. Hibiscus & Seashells combines light flowers and shell imagery with a neutral spotted background. You can choose either look for everyday use at home; the artwork does not establish a hotel-delivery service or a travel-performance specification.

Keep the guest identity and parcel address clear
Use the receiving details the hotel has confirmed and make sure the guest name can be matched to the booking. Check the complete street address, city, state and ZIP code. Do not replace the street address with the hotel name or assume an autofill suggestion is the right property. Similar hotel names and multiple branches make a careful read-through worthwhile.
Keep an order email you can access while away. The delivery location and the inbox used to manage your purchase serve different purposes: hotel staff receiving a parcel does not mean they should receive your order-access messages. Do not put a payment-card number, password or verification code into delivery instructions. If you cannot fit the hotel’s requested label information clearly into the available address fields, pause and ask Customer Care how to proceed.
Understand what the checkout actually confirms
VIBE IN CASE uses its shared secure checkout on moodincase.com, with Stripe as the default payment option. Check that the brand, selected items, models and quantities still match your VIBE purchase. Read the final delivery eligibility and total before approving payment. A successful payment is a purchase result; it is not confirmation from the hotel that a particular employee will receive the parcel.
The published policy currently offers free standard shipping to eligible U.S. addresses, with no minimum purchase, and includes applicable sales tax in displayed U.S. prices. That statement does not establish whether your hotel accepts guest parcels or charges its own handling fee. Other destinations and payment currencies depend on what checkout actually offers. Do not use a U.S. hotel address merely to bypass an unsupported destination if you have no reliable way to receive the order there.
If the booking changes, contact support promptly
Check the delivery address before paying instead of planning to repair it later. VIBE’s policy asks customers to contact Customer Care promptly when an address needs correcting and says a change cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins. If your hotel or travel dates change after ordering, provide the order reference and explain the requested correction through the published support channel.
Do not place a duplicate order to solve an address problem, and do not assume that a message automatically changed the original label. Wait for a clear response about what can be done with that order. If the parcel is already on its way, the available options may be different from those before fulfillment; this guide does not promise interception, forwarding or redelivery.
A simple decision before you choose your delivery address
A hotel address is worth considering only when the property has agreed to the arrangement, you have its correct receiving details and you have a workable plan if timing changes. An ordinary address where you can receive the case after the trip removes the hotel handoff from that decision. You can still choose the travel artwork now and enjoy it beyond the holiday.
